How long does it take for my carpet to dry?
Normal drying time is 4 to 6 hours with heat or a/c along with ceiling fans. Without air movement it may take several hours longer, but the humidity in Georgia is high enough for you to keep the windows closed as open windows may inhibit drying time. Our truck mounted equipment will extract about 97% of the moisture from your carpets, so drying is faster than you might have imagined.
What is the difference between steam cleaning and dry cleaning and which is better?
The leading carpet manufacturers recommend steam cleaning to maintain the warranty on stain resist carpets. With the dry methods there is virtually no extraction process, so the question one might ask is: where is the dirt going? We only use truck mounted steam cleaning on our customer’s carpets so that we KNOW where the dirt is going- right out into our truck and away from your home. (solvents can void the warranties on stain resistant nylon carpeting)
What is and what is not included in my cleaning as estimated?
Pre-treatment and steam cleaning is what is included in your cleaning quote. Additional services such as pet odor work or carpet protectors such as 3M Scotchgard are available but not included with the quote unless ordered at the time the order was taken.
Is it extra for spot cleaning?
No. We were called upon to clean your carpets. To apply charges on top of your quote because your carpets are actually dirty would be a scam.
What do you consider an area or room?
250 sq. ft. Over 250 sq. ft. is considered 2 areas and over 500 sq. ft. would be considered 3 areas.

Most of the companies out there doing dry cleaning are franchises with their own ideas as to what “clean” is. They pay franchise fees to help cover their national advertising campaigns, uniform rental, big building rental, big CEO salary, and a host of other expenses that put them in the position of HAVING to charge more. That along with having to meet regional sales quotas explains their high costs- Hey SOMEONE has to pay for all that stuff!
I have Berber carpet. Does it have to be dry cleaned?
