John called and said he was running early, so we coordinated an earlier arrival time. Our carpet needs to be replaced, so I expected it to look a little better when cleaned, but not great. Wow, was I surprised at how good it looked when he was done. John exceeded all my expectations (and he's really nice too). The price he quoted over the phone was the price he charged. I had a few stains that another company said that they could not get clean. I was not expecting Moody's to be able to get it clean either, but to my surprise he was able to get the stains up. I already knew the stains from the dog were going to be hard to come clean, but even that looked better! I am so glad I tried this company and will no longer use anyone else now. The tech not only did a wonderful job, but he was very polite and friendly. From the moment he arrived I felt like he knew his job. He was on time and did not rush nor did he take forever. I have my carpets cleaned every 6 mo to a year and this is the first time that I felt that my money was well spent.
