John called and said he was running early, so we coordinated an earlier arrival time. Our carpet needs to be replaced, so I expected it to look a little better when cleaned, but not great. Wow, was I surprised at how good it looked when he was done. John exceeded all my expectations (and he's really nice too). The price he quoted over the phone was the price he charged. The price was also $50 less than the "estimate" given by a competitor.Use these guys! read less
